"Easy Ordering, Slight Pickup Wait"
ordering through blazepizza.com for pickup was easy. The menu was simple to navigate, and I liked that changing toppings didn’t turn into a whole confusing thing. I’m giving it 4 stars because the pickup time was a little off and I had to wait about 10 minutes, but the pizza was still hot and my order was right.

"Used to be more convenient"
I still like checking out the menu, but it used to feel a lot easier to grab Blaze when I wanted a quick lunch. Now the closest location is way out of my way, and it’s hard to justify the drive just for pizza. Kind of annoying because I do like the food, but the location setup just isn’t convenient for me anymore

"Plenty of comfy seating, honestly"
I stopped in around lunchtime and, i still found a seat right away. The chairs were comfortable enough, and the tables weren’t all shoved together like some places. I don’t really get the complaints if there are any, because it was nice to actually sit, eat, and not feel rushed.

"Just felt like an easy pizza spot"
I stopped in after work and right away it just felt like a good place to unwind. The place was clean, the vibe was relaxed, and the music wasn’t blasting, which I appreciated. Staff seemed on top of things and kept everything moving without it feeling rushed. Just had a good feeling about it overall, definitely a nice spot to sit down and grab some pizza.

I’ve had Blaze Pizza a few times now, it’s been good overall. The crust gets that nice crisp without feeling too heavy, and the toppings taste fresh, which I appreciate. I also like that the sauces have good flavor but don’t overpower everything. One of my pizzas came out a little more done than I would’ve preferred, but it still tasted fine. For me, it’s a solid choice when I want a quick, easy pizza that actually tastes decent

"Payment was quick and totally hassle-free"
I ordered from Blaze Pizza online and, the payment part was like, really easy. My card went through right away, and I got the email receipt quickly too. I always kind of double-check for any weird extra charges or billing issues after ordering, but yeah, everything looked normal. Overall, it was just a simple, smooth experience.

"Pretty good catering, but a little disorganized"
We ordered Blaze Pizza catering for a small office lunch, and overall it was decent. The pizzas tasted good, and most people seemed happy with the options, so that part worked out fine.

The pickup was a little late, though, and a couple of the boxes weren’t labeled, which made things confusing for a bit. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I do wish it had been a little more organized...

I just had this recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, the veggies tasted really crisp and fresh, and the dough was solid too. Overall it was a good bite, though I did feel like it was a little on the pricey side

I hit up Blaze regularly, the rewards app is actually worth keeping on my phone. Nice. The points show up quickly, and I’ve already scored free pizzas a couple of times with zero hassle. Love it. Makes grabbing lunch feel a little less expensive, which is always a win. Solid 5 stars from me.

"Nice to have so many topping options"
I like Blaze Pizza because I can make my pizza however I’m feeling that day. They’ve got a ton of toppings out, like veggies, meats, sauces, and different cheeses, so I never feel like I’m picking from the same boring few things. Last time I ordered, everything looked fresh too. I’ll admit I get a little tired of all the ordering apps and customization screens these days, but this one is easy enough that it doesn’t feel like a whole chore. It’s nice being able to switch it up every time.

I mentioned my allergy and, uh, the staff were really careful about it. They changed their gloves and cleaned the area before making my food, which made me feel a lot more comfortable.

I reached out to Blaze Pizza support about an issue with my order, and I kind of assumed it would be a quick back-and-forth since it seemed straightforward. They were polite when they replied, but it took longer than I expected, and I ended up having to follow up once. They did fix everything in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. Just felt like the usual support experience where it gets handled eventually, but not exactly fast

Pickup usually works fine for me. Most of the time it’s quick and I don’t really have to think about it, which is nice. Every now and then there’s a little wait or something feels a bit... but overall, it’s been reliable.

"I kind of regret not ordering from..."
I kind of regret not ordering from here earlier. They have so many choices, pizza, salads, toppings, sauces, and even solid sides, that it makes picking something way easier, especially when everyone wants something different. It saved me from the usual back-and-forth.
